HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you have a good start into the new year and have a nice party with your loved ones! I wish you a lot of health for this year and that all your wishes and goals come true.
In addition to non-material wishes such as health and a nice year 2020 with my small family, there have also been a few beauty articles in my head that I would like to test in 2020. You can find out what those are in today’s post! 🙂
I’m personally a big fan of the wishlist format. I have particularly enjoyed watching Jamina’s videos on this subject in recent years. Because I enjoyed watching this content idea so much, I wanted to implement it myself in 2020. For this reason, I wrote down all the products that I found particularly exciting in the past few months and summarized them in my personal Beauty Wishlist 2020. This list includes both make-up and skincare products, which I would like to try out this year. I have already fulfilled 2 of these beauty wishes or had them given for my birthday in November. But enough with the talk here is my Beauty Wishlist for 2020! 🙂
This awaits you in this post

MAKE UP PRODUCTS THAT I WANT TO TEST IN 2020
Make-up is now so fast-moving that I actually found it difficult to add special products to my wish list. For the most part, I will be surprised in 2020 what will come onto the market.
I am sure that one or the other new eyeshadow palette will move in with me. And I’m still looking for a matting powder with good ingredients. I will just take a look to see if I can find something suitable for me.
I am also still looking for a good matting primer. The Cover FX Mattifying Primer is currently very popular. I will probably order it soon and test it extensively.
LIME CRIME LIQUID LIPSTICKS
This year I would like to enlarge my small Lime Crime Liquid Lipstick collection, which currently consists of 2 colors. Cashmere has already made it into my favorites for 2019. The liquid lipsticks from Lime Crime are the best I have ever tried. The job is super easy and the durability is bombastic. Accordingly, I find the price of around € 20 per liquid lipstick justified. I’m currently fond of the colors Lulu and Buffy . Let’s see which colors I ultimately choose. 😉
100% PURE 2ND SKIN CONCEALER
I have heard so much good about the 100% Pure 2nd Skin Concealer that I would like to test it myself. It should have a high coverage but look natural at the same time. In addition, the ingredients are excellent and very nourishing. I’m just really excited to see if he has what it takes and can take on eye shadows.
I’m also interested in the Skindivision brand from the Makeup area. I discovered this by accident while browsing the Flaconi online shop. Here I want to test both the foundation and the concealer. Possibly also one of the blushes, they also look mega interesting!
SKINCARE PRODUCTS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TEST IN 2020
There are also some skincare products on my Beauty Wishlist 2020. I already had 2 wishes from the list fulfilled for my birthday.
THE ORDINARY MANDELIC ACID
Birthday gift # 1 was The Ordinary Mandelic Acid ‘ . I have read so much good about this very well tolerated chemical peeling that I would like to try it myself. Even though I have already had such good experiences with the Erfahrungen Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution (blog post) and the ➔ AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (blog post) . The Mandelic Acid is said to be significantly milder and could therefore also be very interesting for sensitive skin types. I am curious whether it will have as good an effect as the other chemical peels from The Ordinary in my collection, despite its mild formulation.
RITUALS NAMASTÉ CLEANSING BALM
I recently used up my ➔ Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm (review) . The cleaning performance was phenomenally good, but this strong fragrance was not for me in the long run. So I looked around for an alternative that smells a little less intense. During my research, I discovered, among other things, the Rituals Cleansing Balm ( Shop ‘ ) , which I had gifted for my birthday. In the meantime, I’ve used it a few times. So far, I like it well, but it is too early for a final conclusion. I will report on the Cleansing Balm when I have tested it extensively.
PAI SKINCARE LIGHT WORK ROSEHIP CLEANSING OIL
The Pai Skincare brand is well known to me due to the ➔ Rosehip Oil (Review) . I was so enthusiastic about the facial oil that I definitely want to test the cleanser, which also contains rosehip oil. One can buy the Cleansing Oil for example at Amazon ‘ . I also find this set exciting, which contains two cleansers of the brand and my beloved Rosehip Oil.
COSRX ADVANCED SNAIL 96 MUCIN POWER ESSENCE
I have come to know and love the Cosrx brand in recent years. This Korean skincare really has it all! So far, no product that I have tried from the brand has disappointed me. The essence mentioned above is on my current wish list. It is said to regenerate and repair the skin. I am absolutely excited – she is already on the way to me! 🙂
PURITO DEAD SKIN MOISTURE GEL
Perhaps you have come across the Purito brand in the Instagram feed. Because only then did I hear about her for the first time. I now know that Purito is also a Korean skincare brand that carefully selects its ingredients. I find the Dead Skin Moisture Gel ( Shop ‘ ) particularly exciting. This is aimed at the treatment of pimples and underlay. The main incis of this product are BHA and hyaluronic acid. Definitely a product I’m really looking forward to in 2020!
A BEAUTY TOOL CAN STILL BE IN 2020 …
A hairdryer will also have priority in the near future. My current one seems to be slowly giving up the ghost. Blow drying longer than 10 minutes is no longer possible; then he starts to stink pretty bad. 😀 Okay, the Föhn cemetery is more than granted to him after 15 years. In fact, I took over the Braun hairdryer from my mother. He has served me faithfully for about 15 years. Therefore it is really okay that I now have to look for a new model.
Since I was very satisfied with my Braun hairdryer, I would like to buy one from the brand again. In all likelihood, it will be the Satin Hair 7 Senso Dryer ( Shop ‘ ) that automatically adjusts the temperature. Almost a bargain for less than € 50, considering how expensive the Dyson blow dryers (?) Are… I love my Dyson vacuum cleaners – I wouldn’t exchange them for any other brand! However, I would never spend so much money on a hairdryer.
Do you already have beauty wishes for this year or are you buying something new spontaneously?
